Tasks

• Manage complex project coordination around PLM Windchill solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business needs and define objectives.
• Analyze and optimize business processes for PLM Windchill deployment., We are looking for a role combining PLM expertise and project management to join our teams in Geneva and support the management of strategic projects in a PMO environment, ensuring the optimization and coordination of Windchill PLM solutions., * Lead the coordination and management of complex projects around the Windchill PLM solution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business needs and define strategic objectives.
• Analyze and optimize business processes related to the deployment or evolution of Windchill PLM.
• Develop structured documentation (requirements, processes, use cases) specific to PLM project management.
• Ensure planning, monitoring, and reporting of projects, guaranteeing respect for deadlines and budgets.
• Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure proper implementation of solutions.
• Perform data analysis to support decision-making and provide actionable recommendations.

• 12-15 years as a Business Analyst with project management expertise.
• Advanced knowledge of PLM Windchill solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex business issues., * Experience as a Business Analyst, ideally between 12 and 15 years, with proven expertise in project management (PMO) and PLM solutions.
• Advanced mastery of the Windchill PLM solution.
• Proven experience in managing complex PLM transformation or optimization projects.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex business problems.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
• Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Fluent in French. English is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and manage multiple strategic priorities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Leadership and ability to support the upskilling of teams on Windchill PLM.
