Tasks

  • Lead and develop two ICT teams focused on Systems and Infrastructure.
  • Ensure stable operation of global Cloud and Directory Services.
  • Coordinate projects and resources with ICT management closely.

Requirements

  • Completed education in Computer Science or related fields.
  • Experience in managing technical ICT teams is essential.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills required., Completed training or studies (FH/HF/University) in the field of computer science

Several years of experience in leading technical ICT teams or in a comparable role

Knowledge of Azure cloud technologies and Entra ID is an advantage

Experience in server infrastructure, data center operations, network management, and hybrid cloud environments

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

High reliability, quality awareness, and solution orientation

Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills (at least B2)

Team-oriented, motivating personality with a proactive working style
