What you'll do

  • Lead global responsibility for cybersecurity within the Information Security organization, steering strategy through evolving threats
  • Guide IT and business on security regulations and information security risk management across projects, processes, and technology
  • Take a holistic view of Knauf's information security landscape to assess and align procedures, policies, and practices with security and business objectives
  • Recommend and implement robust security controls and solutions aligned with Knauf's goals, providing expert advice and innovative approaches across teams and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Degree in computer science, information security, or a related field, with a passion for safeguarding digital landscapes
  • Seasoned professional in IT or information security with experience in an advisory capacity, bringing a wealth of knowledge and insight
  • Extensive familiarity with security frameworks (ISO 27k, NIST CSF, CIS, BSI 100/200-x, TOGAF, SABSA, OSA) and expertise in IT technologies and IT security best practices
  • Preferred certifications such as CISSP, ISSAP, CRTSA, CNDA, GDSA, and CSSA, underscoring a commitment to excellence in cybersecurity
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, able to clearly articulate complex topics and maintain positive stakeholder relationships
