Lead assigned projects as Project Manager, ensuring scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and quality.

Build and maintain detailed work plans; identify tasks, resources, and schedules.

Apply and follow established methodologies and standards.

Manage risks and define communication plans with related areas.

Track budget and milestones; supervise each project phase and ensure deadlines are met.

Coordinate with suppliers to achieve project milestones and quality outcomes.

Provide advice and ensure the proper implementation of business processes in the tools.Applications Delivery Ownership

Deliver IT solutions that meet business needs and comply with standards

Lead changes and improvements in business applications

Proactively drive continuous improvement and maintenance of applications

Define strategic roadmaps for application evolution

Ensure development, architecture, and integration align with business and IT requirements

Guarantee compliance, scalability, and seamless process integration across systems Service Management & System Administration

Oversee operational service delivery for the area: demand, delivery, incident/request management.

Ensure appropriate technical support, availability, and agility according to business requirements.

Manage incidents and service requests, routing to suppliers or technical teams as needed.

Maintain technical documentation (manuals, SOPs, HW/SW specs, design docs, source code, configuration).

Ensure security measures and compliance with company procedures and regulations (incl. GxP).

Support business users in the correct use of applications and systems; provide training support and coordinate with key users.

Support other IT areas (delivery schedules, demand assessment, change controlVendor Management

Coordinate with suppliers on solution proposals, delivery, incidents, and evolutive services.

Monitor vendor performance and compliance with SLAs and milestones.

Maintain constructive relationships to drive continuous improvement.Budget & Performance Management

Collaborate in preparing the area´s budget; monitor and control expenditure and investments.

Track performance against financial and delivery targets; provide forecasts and reports.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate proactively with multi disciplinary teams (Business Analysts, development, operations, quality, security).

Coordinate with key users and related IT areas to ensure alignment and adoption.

Important pharma company is looking for an IT SAP SD Project Manager.

Global HQ located in Barcelona & international projects.
Requirements
Professional experience of more than 5 years in project management in SAP Sales & Distribution environments.
Strong knowledge of Sales & Distribution processes in SAP:
-
SAP End-to-End Sales flows (national, exports, contracts, …)
-
SAP Pricing.
-
Intercompany logistics flow.
-
Customer Master Data (Business Partners)
-
Credit Management
-
Accountability: Relationship between WM, MM & FI.
-
Incidences management
-
Knowledge of IDOC integration.
-
Knowledge of communications with external systems (EDI messages, RFCs,…).Knowledge of the GxP procedures required by pharmaceutical companies (not a must).
Knowledge of SAP WM module will be appreciated.
SAP S&D certification (is desirable)
Project Management methodologies will be valued positively.
Fluent level of Spanish & English: spoken and written.
