SAP Data Migration Lead - 15 months

• Lead the end-to-end SAP data migration strategy, planning, execution, and governance for ECC - S/4HANA programs.
• Manage data objects, mapping, cleansing, validation, cutover, and reconciliation activities.
• Collaborate with functional teams across Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial to ensure accurate and business-ready data.
• Oversee project risks, budget, timelines, and resource allocation in alignment with the overall program roadmap.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders, system integrators, vendors, and delivery partners.
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, data quality standards, and program governance frameworks.
• Provide clear reporting and communication to program leadership and executive stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings strong expertise spanning Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial domains, along with a proven track record delivering end-to-end S/4HANA migrations within large global environments., * Spanish and English

• Proven experience as an SAP Data Migration Lead within large and complex transformation programs.
• Strong hands-on experience delivering end-to-end ECC to S/4HANA migration projects.
• Deep understanding of data migration processes across Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial functions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and timelines.
• Experience managing partners, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Experience

• Experience in the Consumer Goods/FMCG industry.
• Experience with SAP tools such as SAP Migration Cockpit, BODS, MDG, or similar.
