Job description
Are you a Back-End Developer who enjoys building systems from the ground up? And do you want your work to directly contribute to the global energy transition? Then this could be your next step!, As a Back-End Developer, you will build a trade validation platform from scratch. You translate complex trading and risk processes into scalable, high-performing back-end services and APIs that are widely used within the nuclear division. You design and optimize data models while ensuring performance, security, and reliability.
You work closely with front-end developers, data specialists, and business stakeholders to define clear API contracts and deliver end-to-end functionality. In the initial phase, you focus on delivering a solid MVP within Microsoft Azure. From there, you gradually take ownership of architecture, testing, security, and continuous improvement. You combine technical depth with a pragmatic mindset and actively contribute to building a future-proof and scalable platform. With your hands-on approach, you help shape a truly data-driven organization.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience developing and maintaining back-end applications in a production environment
- A completed bachelor's or master's degree in IT, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
- Strong programming skills in .NET, SQL, and Python, with experience working in Microsoft Azure environments
- Solid experience designing APIs, defining architecture, and managing deployments
- Independent, proactive, and comfortable collaborating with both technical teams and business stakeholders
