Job description
- Design, implement, and govern enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) architectures.
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for IAM and RBAC strategy, design, and governance.
- Define and execute RBAC implementation approaches, including role mining, role engineering, and role lifecycle management.
- Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) and access conflict analysis to prevent toxic role combinations.
- Drive Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) initiatives aligned with security, risk, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness across IAM and access governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align IAM solutions with organizational objectives.
- Provide governance leadership and continuous improvement for IAM and access management practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of overall experience in IAM, RBAC, or Identity Governance roles.
- Strong hands-on expertise in IAM architecture, RBAC design, and access governance.
- Proven experience with Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) frameworks.
- Deep understanding of Segregation of Duties (SoD), access risk analysis, and regulatory controls.
- Experience in role mining, role engineering, and role lifecycle management.
- Hands-on exposure to IAM platforms such as SailPoint.
- Solid knowledge of regulatory compliance, audits, and access governance best practices.
- Strong stakeholder management and governance leadership skills.
You Should Possess the Ability To:
- Define and enforce IAM and RBAC standards, policies, and governance models.
- Analyze complex access structures and identify security and compliance risks.
- Lead enterprise-scale role mining and access optimization initiatives.
- Ensure IAM solutions meet security, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Drive best practices and continuous improvement in IAM governance.
- Own and manage IAM and RBAC processes end-to-end across the organization.
