Oracle Fusion Solution Architect

Oracle Fusion Solution Architect, Oracle Solution architect, Oracle Cloud Solution Architect, HCM, Finance, ERP, We require a solution architect to provide the architectural direction and guidance to the project delivering enhancements and critical changes, following a system implementation of Oracle Fusion in September 2025. The role will define the target state architecture and solution design and work closely with the business and tech teams to deliver this into production.

• Knowledge of the architecture and design of Oracle Fusion
• Knowledge of the standard data models used in Oracle Fusion SaaS solution
• Significant expertise with Oracle Fusion across HCM and ERP
• Knowledge of C4 modelling useful but not essential

The role will be part of the Enterprise Architecture team but working solely on the Fusion programme team. As such will need to communicate with the Architecture Team, the business stakeholders, Technology team and our third party Technology provider
