Senior Manager, Oracle Finance Lead/Architect, Oracle Finance Transformation, Technology & Transformation

As a Senior Manager in Finance Transformation, you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead and manage large-scale Oracle projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Provide expert functional guidance and support to clients.
• Lead a team of high-performing specialists.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand their unique needs & develop tailored solutions.
• Build strong client relationships.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communications.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the Finance Transformation practice.

• Extensive and intricate practical experience in Oracle ERP implementation programmes.
• Proven track record in managing and delivering across all Finance workstreams within an Oracle Transformation Programme including General Ledger, Intercompany, Receivables, Payables, Payments, Collections, and Accounting Hub.
• Proven experience leading and developing a team of people.
• Exposure to Solutions architecture and experience of integrating ERP with Industry specific operational application.
• Client facing experience with a demonstrated ability to appropriately engage with senior stakeholders and build strong relationships.
• Broader understanding of Finance functional domains including end to end processes
• Understanding and practical experience of all phases of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Identification and management of issues and risks associated with Oracle ERP implementations.
• Managed scope of work and any associated risks and issues.
• Practical understanding of at least one delivery methodologies (e.g. Activate, Waterfall, Agile, etc).
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences and collaborate effectively with technical and business teams
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to travel when required
• UK Government Security Clearance or eligibility to obtain Security Clearance.

Desirables:

• Accounting solutions - including AHCS and AFCS experience
• Oracle certifications.
• Experience in a consulting environment.
