As an Application Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of key business applications. You will troubleshoot technical issues, support MS SQL databases and C# .NET applications, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality service within agreed SLAs. Key Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd/3rd line application support across business-critical systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently
- Support and administer MS SQL databases and C# .NET applications
- Work with incident ticketing systems and knowledge base platforms to meet SLA targets
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams
- Ensure adherence to IT security principles and best practices
Requirements

- ITIL certification
- Proven experience in application support environments
- Strong experience supporting and administering MS SQL databases
- Experience with C# .NET applications
- Solid understanding of database systems (SQL, MySQL, etc.)
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience using support tools and incident management systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to service excellence
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
