Joining at the beginning of a new and exciting global contract, you will be a integral part of broader, yet highly committed support team, working directly onsite to provide dedicated support services for a Global brand within the FMCG-sector.
You will be assigned various tickets throughout the day, addressing each one sympathetically, pragmatically and principally, with a strong sense of customer service - leaving each ticket not only resolved, but with a smile on the user's face - a job well done.
Your role is a varied, and will typically include the following:
- Support PCs, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and workplace equipment
- Assist with video conferencing systems, monitors, printers, phones, and projectors
- Install, set up, and maintain devices and standard software (Windows, Microsoft 365, iOS)
- Troubleshoot basic h/w, s/w & connectivity issues
- Support walk-up IT desks or kiosks, when required
- Asset management
- Handle tickets and requests in ITSM systems
Requirements
Do you have experience in iOS?, * Experience resolving problems sitting with the user
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange Online, and identity management
- Comfortable in a number of deskside technologies (Windows 10/11, Office 365, and common enterprise applications)
- Strong Customer-centric levels of service
