Job description
As a Senior IT Change Analyst, you will play a key role within the Primary Care IT team, contributing to major projects and new service mobilisations. Reporting to the IT Change Lead, you will be responsible for supporting and leading projects from an IT perspective, ensuring successful delivery across multiple initiatives.
You will collaborate closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to make sure projects progress smoothly, on time, and within budget. The role may also include line management responsibilities for an IT Coordinator.
Working across several Case Management and IT systems, you will help develop new services, implement business changes, and maintain a proactive, self-sufficient approach to project delivery in a fast-paced environment. Requirements
Essential:
- Project management or Business Analysis experience.
- Working with suppliers to achieve project targets and goals.
- Proven experience in delivering IT support, operations, or project change in a hands-on capacity, effectively capturing and fulfilling business requirements in collaboration with both internal and external suppliers.
- Adept at coordinating with cross-functional teams to align IT setup with business requirements.
- Experienced in troubleshooting and coordinating a resolution of technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
- Proven ability to offer functional advice on how to use key business applications.
- Proven knowledge of problem-solving working in an operational support environment.
- The ability to own and be accountable to deliver IT service or projects change from requirements to operations. Including updating project plans, RAID logs, and high-level budgeting.
- An awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion.
- Willingness to travel, which may include overnight stays on occasion, as and when required.
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload in demanding environment.
- Strong Analytical & Decision-Making Skills
Desirable:
- ITIL qualification.
- Understanding of ITIL change management processes.
- Experience of involvement in CAB process.
- Project Management Qualifications.
- Experience of Administrator level use CRM or Case Management system.
- Proficient in planning the configuration and deployment of IT infrastructure for new site locations.
- Good understanding of IT networks, systems and licensing.
- Driving License.
