Job description
You will design and implement solutions that optimize resource utilization, workload scheduling, and infrastructure performance across hybrid (on-prem and cloud) data center environments. Working closely with platform and business teams, you'll translate operational data into actionable automation and optimization strategies. You'll architect scalable, resilient systems that can adapt to changing infrastructure demands, and contribute to defining best practices and tooling standards for the task force., * Operational Excellence

Requirements
Do you have experience in Terraform?, You thrive in fast-moving environments where hypotheses are tested quickly, experiments are run often, and learning cycles are tight. You're genuinely curious about how systems perform under pressure and you get excited by squeezing more out of complex infrastructure, not just theoretically, but hands-on. Kubernetes is non-negotiable; you should be deeply comfortable extending and architecting around K8s at scale, not just deploying on top of it. You pick up new tools, frameworks, and domains fast, and you don't hesitate to dive deep when something doesn't add up. We value agility and technical hunger over any specific language or stack, if you're the kind of engineer who enjoys breaking things down, profiling, optimizing, and iterating at speed, you'll fit right in. Experience across hybrid or multi-cloud environments and a solid grasp of data center fundamentals (networking, storage, compute provisioning, capacity planning) round out the profile.
Nice to Have
Experience with ML/AI-based optimization or anomaly detection, knowledge of tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Terraform, or similar, and prior work in cost optimization or capacity planning at scale.
What You'll Bring
Strong systems thinking, the ability to balance technical depth with practical delivery, and comfort working in a fast-moving, cross-functional task force environment.
