As the Modality Manager for Women's Health and X-Ray (Mammography, Bone Density Measurement (BMH) & X Ray) DACH, you will define, lead, and execute the overall modality strategy in the DACH region to deliver the operational plan. You hold direct responsibility for positioning, pricing, and profitability across all three modalities and are accountable for driving growth in market share, orders, revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction.
You will develop a localized marketing strategy aligned with the International Modality Teams and manage a team of Modality Sales Specialists. Your leadership will ensure strong commercial performance, modality expertise, and customer value across the region.

- Develop and execute the sales strategy to meet quarterly and annual targets for orders, revenue, and margin across Women's Health, BMH and X-Ray
- Coordinate closely across DACH to ensure aligned forecasting and modality business execution
- Define the local portfolio strategy within the international framework - including pricing, positioning, and configuration management for all three modalities
- Ensure strong communication with sales, service, and marketing teams to maximize sales potential and share leads appropriately
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with healthcare stakeholders (hospitals, radiology practices, breast centers, orthopedics, imaging centers)
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies, quality processes, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain an effective Quality System aligned with all relevant standards.
- Fully comply with EHS regulations and contribute actively to safe working conditions for yourself, colleagues, and customers
- Marketing & Market Growth
- Analyze and continuously monitor the local market (customer needs, competition, pricing, market share trends) for Women's Health, BMH and X-Ray
- Identify and cultivate new opportunities to grow market share, orders, and revenue across all modalities
- Track market performance effectively and provide accurate forecasts and business insights using internal tools
- Communicate market dynamics and competitor intelligence to the International Marketing Teams
- Act as the interface between the DACH market and International Marketing to define the marketing strategy (segmentation, campaigns, exhibitions, pricing, product positioning, sales tools)
- Ensure timely distribution of marketing initiatives, messages, and tools to the local sales force
- Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead cross-functional teams to support complex deals and long-term regional planning
- Coach, mentor, and support Modality Sales Specialists to ensure deep expertise in Women's Health, BMH and X-Ray
- Drive ongoing competency development in areas such as product knowledge, pricing, customer satisfaction, and clinical applications
- Define and manage customer priorities (target accounts, product demos, reference site visits, follow-up planning)
- Coordinate tender responses and validate tender documentation in collaboration with Radiology Account Managers and Executive Account Managers
Requirements
Do you have experience in Pricing?, * Extensive experience and a proven track record in sales and/or marketing leadership in MedTech, ideally in imaging, X-Ray, breast health or skeletal health
- Strong technical and/or clinical understanding of Women's Health, Bone Density and X-Ray systems
- Strategic thinker with excellent selling, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Strong customer orientation with the ability to create value-added, solution-based offerings
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- Solid experience in coaching, developing, and leading teams
