Job description

  • Act as a coach, guiding and mentoring delivery teams and the organization based on the SAFe framework.
  • Facilitates Scrum ceremonies (e.g. such as sprint planning) to ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices as well as to drive continues improvement.
  • Identifying and resolving obstacles that hinder the team's progress, enabling a smooth workflow and maximizing value delivery.
  • Being responsible for the team collaboration, transparency and stability.
  • Foster a collaborative environment withing the team and across stakeholders, promoting communication, transparency and continuous improvement.
  • Responsible to identify and solve impediments.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Management or related field is advantageous.
  • Has at least a few years (5) of professional experience as Scrum Master.
  • Relevant certifications include Certified Scrum Master (CSM), professional Scrum Master (PSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM).
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills to guide and motivate teams, facilitating their growth and development.
  • Strong understanding and practical experience in implementing Scrum principles and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to identify and resolve impediments or challenges hindering team productivity and value delivery.
