Job description
- Vision & Roadmap: Defining and communicating the product vision, creating release plans and product roadmaps.
- Backlog management: Prioritization of the product backlog based on the requirements of all stakeholders.
- Requirements management: Recording requirements from the relevant business departments.
- Stakeholder management: Communication and close coordination with business departments, process owners, and IT teams.
- Agile collaboration: Participation in Scrum events (daily, planning, review, retro).
- Quality Assurance: Organize user acceptance tests and integrate feedback.
- Planning and tracking the budget of your development team.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience as a product owner in a scaled agile environment.
- Extensive experience in stakeholder management and task prioritization, as well as backlog maintenance.
- Experience in building agile product teams.
- Experience in leading highly qualified, cross-functional teams.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of SAP environment is an advantage.
