Job description

To start as soon as possible, part time, fixed term

Join our Project Assurance - PMO team and gain practical experience in an evolving, international, and inclusive environment that values diverse perspectives and individual strengths. Our team promotes project excellence by creating project management standards, enhancing governance procedures, and ensuring organizational clarity across the offshore wind portfolio. As a working student, you will contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our Project Management Framework (PMF) and support key governance and organisational processes. Your work will help enhance transparency, improve project delivery standards, and improve resource management alignment across the organisation.

About the role

  • Support the development, documentation, and refinement of core project management processes
  • Assist in coordinating project excellence activities and ensuring alignment across teams
  • Help update and maintain organisational structures, process documentation, and role definitions
  • Prepare resource management relevant reporting
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various project functions to gather information and ensure consistency
  • Support general PMO tasks such as documentation updates, process reviews, and preparation of project materials

Requirements

  • You are currently enrolled in Engineering or Business Administration, or a closely related programme (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Economics), and have completed at least your 3rd semester
  • You have an interest in project management, project governance, and organisational processes
  • You work in a structured, consistent, and detail-oriented mannerYou are comfortable working with documentation, processes, and structured information
  • You communicate effectively and enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders in a project environment
  • You demonstrate clear verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proficient in advanced Excel and PowerPoint, with Power BI and Power Automate skills as a plus; strong IT knowledge and experience are beneficial
