SAP PP/S4HANA Consultant

A leading international recruiting agency seeks a Principal Consultant SAP PP in Madrid, Spain. The ideal candidate will lead SAP solutions for multiple transformations and have extensive hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA. Responsibilities include driving client engagements, preparing proposals, and mentoring teams. Strong communication skills and a valid SAP certification are necessary. Applicants must possess work authorization in Spain without the need for employer sponsorship., * Lead SAP solutions in multiple implementations and transformation programs.

• Drive client engagements from Phase 0 to execution.
• Collaborate with clients to define strategic roadmaps.
• Utilize the SAP toolchain for implementation and optimization.
• Prepare proposals and contribute to RFP responses.
• Mentor project teams ensuring timely delivery.

• Deep functional knowledge in SAP Manufacturing/Logistics is required.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA with a focus on PP is essential.
• Hands-on consulting experience in SAP projects is a must.
• Candidates should have completed at least 4 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Leadership experience in SAP projects is necessary., Experience in SAP S/4HANA, PP Hands-on SAP consulting experience. Minimum of 4 full lifecycle SAP project implementations. Experience in leading teams in SAP projects. Exposure to at least two types of S/4HANA projects: Greenfield, Brownfield, or Hybrid. Experience in transformation preparation or Phase 0 activities. Proficiency in SAP toolchain usage or administration. Valid SAP certification in relevant skill areas. Strong client-facing skills with the ability to engage middle management effectively. Proven ability to build solution proposals and estimate efforts accurately. Demonstrated flexibility, team spirit, and a results-driven mindset.
