We now have the opportunity for a Team Leader - Identity & Access Management to join our Technology Department.
The Identity & Access Management (IAM) Team Leader plays a critical leadership role in ensuring that all identities, permissions, and access rights across the organization are secure, compliant, and efficiently managed. The IAM Team Leader oversees the entire Access Management service, ensuring proper governance, quality, and continuous improvement of the IAM function.
This role is accountable for guaranteeing that users, systems, applications, and service providers follow the organization's access policies, security standards, and procedures. You will lead the identity lifecycle strategy, supervise the delivery of the Access Management, manage escalations, and ensure consistent, audit-ready processes.

The ideal candidate anticipates risks, drives improvements proactively, and ensures seamless collaboration across IT, Security, and Business stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include:
Strategic & Service Ownership
- Own and govern the end-to-end Identity Lifecycle across Microsoft 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, on-prem Active Directory, and business applications, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance
- Oversee Access Management service performance, ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards are consistently met
- Ensure users have the right access to perform their roles through well-defined business roles, periodic reviews, and lifecycle management of permissions
- Govern privileged access, role management, and enforcement of least-privilege and RBAC across all environments
Operational Leadership
- Lead and supervise the IAM team, ensuring high-quality daily operations, incident resolution, and continuous improvement
- Act as highest escalation point for complex or high-impact access issues; coordinate responses during critical incidents
- Review and optimize operational routines, procedures, and workflows, driving automation opportunities together with Help Desk and other teams
- Ensure documentation (runbooks, SOPs, technical guides) is up to date, standardized, and supports efficient troubleshooting
Compliance, Audit & Security
- Oversee access audits, account recertification processes, and control checks, ensuring alignment with corporate security policies
- Ensure adherence to Information Security policies, procedures, and control frameworks, including evidence generation for internal/external audits
- Monitor access activities, detect anomalies, and coordinate remediation to reduce security risks
Reporting & Stakeholder Management
- Provide management reporting on access operations, privileged access, exceptions, risks, and service quality metrics
- Collaborate with other IT teams, Security, HR, and external vendors to ensure aligned processes, smooth onboarding/offboarding, and fast issue resolution
- Proactively identify process gaps and propose data-driven improvement initiatives, including training and communication materials for end-users
Requirements
Do you have experience in RBAC?, + Minimum 7 years of experience in Identity & Access Management, including Access Governance and role lifecycle management
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading and managing teams, with responsibility for people development, performance management, and coordination of day-to-day operations.
- Technical Skills: Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra ID, on-prem Active Directory, PowerShell automation, and enterprise ticketing platforms (Jira).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including interaction with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Strong leadership, team management, and coaching capabilities. Proactive mindset, strong analytical thinking, and ability to drive improvements under pressure.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with an active approach to identifying and resolving issues
- Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
