Job description

  • Dashboards & Reporting: Build and maintain centralised Power BI dashboards and data models for multiple departments and integrating multiple sources.
  • Process Automation & Digitisation: Analyse, map, and digitise manual workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Forms.
  • Provide guidance, training, and best practices to support adoption of dashboards, apps, and automated workflows.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting standards, governance, and support the delivery of reporting and automation projects.
  • Keep up to date with Power BI, Power Platform, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

Do you have experience in SharePoint?, * Proven hands-on experience delivering end-to-end Power BI dashboards with multiple data sources (Essential)

  • Experience integrating data from systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Finance, SharePoint, GA4 or similar, ensuring data quality, security, and auditability (Essential)
  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps), including building end-to-end dashboards, integrating multiple sources, creating DAX calculations, and managing refresh schedules and access permissions (Essential)
  • Hands-on experience with workflow automation for manual business processes, including approvals, notifications, forms, emails, routing, tracking, and data synchronisation (Essential)
  • Experience analysing, mapping, redesigning, and automating multi-step manual workflows into auditable processes (Essential)
  • Effective collaboration with stakeholders, including gathering requirements, defining KPIs, reporting standards, training, governance, and adoption (Essential)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Teams (Essential)
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly (Essential)
  • Self-motivated, proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented (Essential)
  • Effective problem solving, time management, multi-tasking, and prioritisation skills (Essential)
  • Strong communication skills with a professional telephone and email manner (Essential)
  • Strong SQL skills for querying, shaping, and integrating data(Desirable)
  • Knowledge of governance and DLP policies (Desirable)

You will build and automate dashboards and automate and digitise manual workflows. This is a full time role based in Peterborough. Candidates should live within a reasonable commuting distance. After successful onboarding and induction, the role requires a minimum of 4 days per week on-site, with the option of 1 day working from home.
