UI/UX Design Professional

*Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis *Create wireframes, user flows, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes *Develop and maintain design systems and UI guidelines *Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs *Improve usability and accessibility across digital products *Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and testing results *Ensure consistency with brand identity and design standards

*Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role *Portfolio demonstrating UI and UX design skills *Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar *Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability *Experience designing responsive and mobile-first interfaces *Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) *Strong communication and collaboration skills
