SAP Data Lead - Outside IR35

We are seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Lead who to drive a major SAP transformation program. The candidate will lead end-to-end data migration activities, coordinate with business stakeholders, and ensure the successful transition of Legacy data into the target SAP environment (S/4HANA preferred)., * Lead and execute full life cycle SAP data migration activities (analysis, extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, and loading).

• Collaborate with business teams to gather data requirements and validate migrated datasets.
• Develop and maintain data migration strategies, mapping documents, functional specifications, and test scenarios.
• Work with technical teams to design migration objects and ETL processes (SAP Migration Cockpit, BODS, LSMW, BAPI, IDocs).
• Support data quality reviews, reconciliation, and post-migration validation.
• Provide expertise on SAP master data and transactional data across relevant modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, WM, PP, etc.).
• Ensure all migration activities align with project governance, timelines, and best practices.

• 15+ years of hands-on SAP data migration experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA data structures and migration tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in large, complex transformation programs.
• Ability to create high-quality documentation and mapping specifications.
• Proven ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
