Job description

Lead and coach global application and development teams across multiple regions

  • Own Salesforce, Workday, and associated enterprise platforms and integrations
  • Act as senior escalation point for complex application and integration issues
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver clear, business-focused outcomes
  • Drive delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies

Requirements

Proven experience in a Business Applications/Applications Manager role

  • Strong background with Salesforce and/or Workday in enterprise environments
  • Experience managing commercial off-the-shelf platforms and integrations
  • Confident leader with excellent stakeholder and communication skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple initiatives in parallel

Desirable

  • Experience with C#/.NET and Azure
  • Enterprise integration experience
