Job description
ARHS Group - part of Accenture - is looking for Dynamics 365 Contact Center Developers for one of its clients in Brussels, a key player in the Belgian Banking domain.
Context
You will be part of a Dynamics 365 Contact Center development team responsible for building, customising, and integrating enterprise-grade contact center solutions. The project is delivered in an agile framework with close collaboration between developers, functional analysts, architects, and operational teams to ensure scalable, robust, and high-performing solutions aligned with business needs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Developing, configuring, and customising Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Omnichannel for Customer Service, Unified Routing, and related components
- Designing and implementing integrations with telephony platforms and enterprise systems
- Developing custom components using the Power Platform:
- Power Automate and Power Automate Desktop
- Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps)
- Plug-ins, workflows, and custom extensions
- Implementing and maintaining integrations using Azure services (Azure Functions, APIs, gateways)
- Optimising performance, scalability, stability, and agent experience
- Participating in code reviews, unit testing, and ALM / DevOps processes
- Ensuring technical documentation of all developments and configurations
- Collaborating closely with functional analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Supporting deployment activities and production support when required
Requirements
Do you have experience in Unit testing?, Your Profile
- Active written and spoken knowledge of French or Dutch, with passive knowledge of the other, and active knowledge of English.
- Strong autonomy and ability to take initiative
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
- High level of rigor and attention to detail
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in agile teams
- Clear communication skills, including the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive and solution-oriented attitude
Technical Skills
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Contact Center and Dynamics 365 Customer Service
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform:
- Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)
- Power Automate & Power Automate Desktop
- Microsoft Dataverse
- Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Experience with .NET (C#) development
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript
- Experience with telephony and voice integration
- Strong experience with Azure integrations:
- Azure Functions
- APIs
- Integration gateways
- Understanding of technical architecture within the Power Platform ecosystem
- Experience with DevOps, ALM, code quality, and documentation practices
