Job description
- Offering advanced troubleshooting, answering technical questions and solving complex software and system issues
- Supporting both internal and external users via phone, email and remote tools
- Performing onsite and remote implementations of customised solutions, up to 20% travel in Europe
- Gathering relevant technical information from customers to assess issues and propose resolutions
- Advising users on best practices to improve operational efficiency
- Documenting findings and contributing to the internal knowledge base
- Escalating software defects to development teams and participating in testing and validation
- Participating in an after-hours rotation for urgent support needs
In this role, you contribute directly to user satisfaction and operational continuity while acting as a trusted technical advisor.
Requirements
You have at least two years of experience in a technical support or application support role. You communicate clearly, think analytically and enjoy solving complex issues.
You bring
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written, German or French is a plus
- A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a hands-on mindset
- Knowledge of Linux, MySQL or MariaDB, networking concepts and general IT infrastructure
- The ability to work independently, remain flexible and manage changing priorities
- A customer-oriented approach with strong problem-solving and documentation skills
- A valid category B driver's licence

The company offers a competitive salary between 2,500 and 3,000 EUR gross per month, plus a company car. Additional benefits may include standard allowances and insurance plans, depending on the internal policy.
