Product Owner

Role purpose: Own product vision and delivery by translating business goals and customer needs into a prioritized backlog, ensuring measurable value through iterative releases., * Define and communicate product vision, goals, and success metrics aligned with stakeholders.

• Create, refine, and prioritize the product backlog; write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA to plan sprints, manage scope, and remove ambiguity.
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives; ensure readiness for development.
• Validate solutions through user feedback, analytics, and testing; iterate based on outcomes.
• Manage trade-offs across timeline, scope, quality, and risk; escalate decisions when needed.
• Coordinate releases and communicate progress, changes, and dependencies across teams.

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar product role in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate requirements into actionable user stories and prioritize using value-based methods.
• Data-informed decision making; familiarity with KPIs, product analytics, and experimentation.
• Working knowledge of software development lifecycle and cross-functional delivery.
• Comfort with product tools (e.g., Jira/Azure DevOps), documentation, and roadmap planning.
