Our focus on people, expertise, and commitment to excellence underscores our mission to make a positive impact in the tech industry., This is an exciting role in our rapidly growing Consultancy Practice team, to further increase our skills and capacity to deliver high value Dynamics365 implementation projects to our clients to facilitate their digital transformation, and increase productivity and growth. Consultants lead projects in collaboration with Project Managers, using their skills and experience to help shape the delivery, and deliver a high quality and robust solution, whilst simultaneously supporting junior members of the team with their growth, confidence and experience., * Requirement gathering workshops with existing clients for changes to their current solution.

  • Capture client requirements in the form of user stories in DevOps
  • Customise Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, including Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Project Operations and Field Service
  • Modify existing reports, dashboards and charts
  • Work with consultants to determine the impact of any proposed changes as required
  • Testing of our work and peer reviews
  • Preparing structured training material and delivering end user training sessions
  • Ensuring solutions provided by Infinity Group are highly maintainable, supportable, and stable over the long-term, adhering to recognised best practices
  • Ensuring solutions provided by Infinity Group meet Microsoft's supported standards
  • Providing additional support to the core support function where required

Requirements

Do you have experience in Waterfall?, * Functional experience in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform configuration, standard customisation, standard workflows, dashboards, forms, views, and standard reports development. (Desired)

  • Broad knowledge of technical capabilities of Dynamics 365, including appropriate certification. Must be able to show good knowledge of practices for Dynamics 365 suite.
  • Broad understanding of software development life cycle, development management, release management, data migrations, cut-over planning, and early live support.
  • Experience of Waterfall or Agile methodologies
  • Strong logical thinking Ability to work collaboratively.
  • Ability to problem solve.
  • Ability to multitask and self-manage time
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
