We're currently recruiting a Testing & Commissioning (T&C) Engineer for one of Norway's most significant infrastructure projects - the Bergen-Sotra Island Connection. This high-profile project involves the construction of 9 km of new road, over 12 km of tunnels, bridges, and viaducts, as well as the installation of pedestrian and bike paths, fundamentally transforming the link between Bergen and Øygarden.

This long-term, high-visibility project is a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) with construction and commissioning continuing through to 2027 and beyond. We are looking to strengthen our team for the testing, commissioning, and handover phases.

Role Focus:

Support testing and commissioning activities across the project.

Coordinate maintenance and operational interfaces between teams.

Ensure compliance with regulations and manage approvals, acceptance documentation, and certifications.

Participate in inspections, system verification, and performance testing.

Plan and support the asset handover process to operations.

Drive continuous improvement in performance and process optimization.

3+ years of experience in construction or engineering, preferably in commissioning or system readiness.

Strong technical understanding of testing, commissioning, or system operations.

Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills.

Proven experience with completion and handover processes.

Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.

Good command of English; Norwegian is a plus.
