Job description

Frost Creative is searching for a mid-senior designer who doesn't just make things look good, but makes it mean something.

This is a role for a conceptual thinker.

Someone who understands that branding is strategy made visible. Someone who can move from big idea to meticulous execution without losing clarity, craft or intent.

You'll work across ambitious B2B brands in sectors that shape the real world; aviation, infrastructure, logistics, manufacturing, technology and beyond. If you like variety, responsibility and proper brand conversations, please read on.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing distinctive brand identities from concept to rollout
  • Designing marketing collateral, campaigns and social content
  • Contributing to website design, UX thinking and prototyping
  • Designing for WordPress websites in collaboration with developers
  • Creating idents, packaging and wayfinding systems
  • Working across complex B2B briefs where clarity and differentiation matter
  • Presenting ideas confidently to clients
  • Mentoring junior creatives and helping raise the bar
  • Collaborating closely with the wider Frost team

Requirements

Do you have experience in WordPress?, * Minimum 5 years' experience within a small creative or branding agency

  • Agile, multi-disciplinary creative
  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Basic understanding of After Effects and Premiere Pro (desirable)
  • Strong understanding of website design and UX principles
  • Familiarity with WordPressWorking knowledge of basic HTML and CSS (for design collaboration - not development)
  • Proven experience designing effective brand identities
  • Experience across a broad range of industries (B2B essential)
  • Confident working directly with clients
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Comfortable mentoring junior team members
  • Strategic mindset: you care about solving the problem, not just styling it
  • Happy working in a close-knit, collaborative studio environment
  • Able to travel to work on-site from our Durley studio
  • Experience within aviation, infrastructure, logistics, manufacturing or technology brands is highly desirable
