IT Project Manager

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with strong integration and ServiceNow programme delivery expertise.

Roles & Responsibilities

You will take ownership of end-to-end delivery of complex digital transformation programmes involving enterprise integration and ServiceNow platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the full project lifecycle from mobilisation through to go-live and hypercare
• Defining scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones and measurable success criteria
• Developing and managing detailed project plans, budgets, financial forecasts and resource allocations
• Establishing governance frameworks including steering committees, executive reporting and assurance controls
• Managing project risks, issues, dependencies and change control processes
• Leading enterprise integration initiatives using MuleSoft (Anypoint Platform) and/or Talend ETL
• Overseeing API-led connectivity strategies, microservices architecture and middleware implementations
• Managing system-to-system integrations across ERP, HR, CRM and legacy platforms
• Ensuring effective data transformation, validation, reconciliation and performance optimisation
• Identifying and mitigating integration-related risks including security, scalability and availability
• Delivering ServiceNow implementations and enhancements including:
• ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB)
• HRSD (case management, employee workflows, service portals)
• Ensuring alignment with ITIL best practice and CSDM standards
• Overseeing configuration, integrations, custom development and release management
• Managing UAT, stakeholder sign-off and business readiness activities
• Collaborating closely with Solution Architects and Technical Leads to ensure architectural alignment
• Supporting cloud-based integrations across AWS and/or Azure environments
• Overseeing data migration strategies and DevOps/CI-CD alignment
• Acting as the primary client-facing lead and escalation point
• Engaging senior stakeholders, including programme boards and C-level executives
• Translating technical delivery progress into business-focused reporting and dashboards
• Managing third-party suppliers, offshore teams and multi-disciplinary delivery squads
• Ensuring compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR and security governance standards
• Maintaining structured RAID logs and delivery assurance documentation
• Driving continuous improvement across delivery frameworks and methodologies

Do you have experience in Talend?, * 8+ years IT Project Management experience.

• Proven delivery of MuleSoft and/or Talend integration programmes
• Strong ServiceNow ITSM & HRSD implementation experience
• Experience managing multi-vendor and cross-functional teams
• Strong knowledge of Agile, PRINCE2 or hybrid delivery models
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in regulated or public sector environments (desirable)

Certifications (Desirable)

• PRINCE2 Practitioner or PMP
• ITIL Foundation
• ServiceNow Certification
• MuleSoft or Talend Certification
