Job description
Join us as an AI Security Engineer and help shape the future of financial security by designing and deploying solutions that safeguard our systems and sensitive data. You'll collaborate with a skilled team of data scientists and engineers to lead the GenAI portfolio within SISO, transforming how we secure innovation at scale., Over the next 18 months candidate will carry out the following tasks:
Threat Analysis & Vulnerability Assessment:

Conduct regular threat assessments to identify vulnerabilities in AI/ML systems.

Develop benchmarks, tools and scripts to automate vulnerability testing for AI/ML applications.

Perform code reviews and penetration testing of AI-related software.
Research & Development:

Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in AI/ML security.

Execute PoCs/PoVs to evaluate emerging trends, technologies and practices in the industry.

Create high quality technical documentation and user guides

Contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI/ML security tools and techniques.
Notes: This role is suited to security professionals that would like to transition into a GenAI-focused career path - candidates will be expected to demonstrate their interest in the subject

Requirements
To be successful as a AI Security Engineer you should have experience with:
- Strong programming and Scripting skills specifically python and bash.
- Strong knowledge of cloud technologies specifically AWS and Azure.
- Strong knowledge of API development and security.
- Good understanding/interest in data science methods.
Additional Required Technical Skills:
- experience with threat modelling, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments in AI/ML environments (data pipelines, Models APIs etc.)
- Familiarity with secure software development practices (eg, OWASP, DevSecOps)
Additional Required Soft Skills:
- Strong research, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
