Workday Solution Architect

We're looking for a Solution Architect to lead the design of a modern, AI-enabled People Technology landscape. You'll define the architecture, shape the data models, and ensure Workday and its surrounding platforms operate as a seamless, scalable ecosystem. What You'll Do

• Own the People Tech architecture and roadmap, with Workday at the core.
• Define clear, reusable HR data and information models.
• Architect scalable solutions across Workday configuration, security, processes, and data models.
• Build innovative Workday Extend apps and unlock AI/ML capabilities.
• Drive AI-led transformation across the HR tech stack.
• Design robust integrations with ServiceNow, Oracle ERP, payroll, benefits, and more.
• Provide architectural leadership on scalability, security, and compliance.
• Influence senior stakeholders and guide delivery teams.

• Hands-on experience with Workday Extend and AI/ML features.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Studio, EIB, APIs, Prism, and complex data flows.
• experience architecting solutions across Workday, ServiceNow, Snowflake, Oracle ERP, and payroll systems.
• Strong data modelling skills and an understanding of AI/ML concepts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence.
