Job description
As a Change & Release Analyst, you'll manage and maintain robust change and release processes, ensuring compliance and minimising business impact. You'll coordinate multi-vendor changes, validate proposals, and chair review meetings, driving continual improvement across IT services., * Process Ownership - Develop and manage change and release processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Risk Management - Validate proposed changes and assess conflicts to minimise business impact.
- Collaboration - Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure process adherence.
- Continuous Improvement - Drive enhancements to tools and processes for better service delivery.
- Governance Leadership - Chair cross-departmental change review meetings and provide forward planning.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Scrum?, * ITIL Foundation certification.
- Knowledge of Prince2 or Agile (SCRUM) methodologies.
- Experience in change management and IT service operations.
- Confident communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work with 3rd party vendors and manage complex IT landscapes.
