As an IT Project Manager, you'll plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget. You'll lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, and engage stakeholders to deliver solutions that support Cadent's strategic objectives. From requirements workshops to testing and project closure, you'll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence., This is a leadership role that offers variety, challenge, and the opportunity to make a real impact on technology delivery and business transformation.
- Project Leadership - Define scope, create plans, and lead projects through all phases to successful completion.
- Stakeholder Engagement - Build strong relationships and influence outcomes across all levels of the organisation.
- Risk & Budget Management - Monitor risks, budgets, and schedules to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Quality Assurance - Ensure deliverables meet standards and regulatory requirements.
- Continuous Improvement - Champion best practices and drive innovation in project delivery.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Waterfall?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, You're an experienced project leader with strong technical knowledge and a passion for delivering results.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
- Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 (essential)
- Experience & Skills:
- Proven success in leading projects, managing budgets, and achieving stakeholder satisfaction
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, PRINCE2)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change
- Financial acumen and risk assessment expertise
- Proficiency with project management tools and software
