We are delighted to be recruiting an ERP Programme Manager to lead a programme which has planned, and a team built. The role is to provide strong caretaking for what is in place, ensuring the project delivers to time and budget, and ensuring that stakeholders throughout our business adhere to their responsibilities and timescales., Accountable for day-to-day delivery of the programme against scope, timeline, cost, and quality Own the integrated plan and manage cross-workstream dependencies and sequencing Lead workstream execution management (priorities, unblockers, alignment, delivery focus) Manage risks, issues, decisions actively (not just logging-driving mitigations and closures) Own delivery governance outcomes (steerco materials, recommendations, decision asks) Drive scope and change control (impact assessment, trade-offs, recommendations) Manage vendor/partner delivery (plans, deliverables, performance, escalations) Ensure readiness across business and tech (testing progression, cutover readiness, training/readiness coordination with Change) Co-ordinate cutover planning at programme level (go/no-go inputs, mock cutover readiness, cross-functional rehearsal) Protect delivery focus: intervene early when workstreams drift, re-plan when reality changes
Requirements
Experience managing a minimum of 2 IFS Cloud Rollouts
Significant ERP Programme / Project Management experience
Strong stakeholder communication
Experience across: Finance, Manufacturing and Supply Chain Implementations
