Tasks

• Oversee global IT architecture disciplines and governance processes.
• Develop and manage architectural standards and guidelines effectively.
• Analyze technology and data quality, ensuring compliance and sustainability., * Establish & Improve IT Architecture Governance, - Processes and adherence
• Establish methods, tools and techniques (MTT) for Architects (templates, practices, howtos)
• Commit roles and responsibilities (RACI)
• Ensure fulfilment of OKRs & KPIs for Architecture
• Track and Report Deviations: debts and exceptions
• Run Reviews/ Assessments for Apps + Technologies incl. Data Quality in Repositories
• Improve Architecture Governance Dashboard (Exposures, Exceptions, Debts)
• Evolve Architecture Principles
• Track Status & Lifecycle of Standard and Guidelines
• Justify and fulfil Architecture Requests and Decisions
• Support Updates/Enhancements of EA Model
• Represent Architecture as Member of Governance Board

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or IT management required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
• Experience with governance dashboards and analytical reporting preferred., * Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical and technical know-how
• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or IT management
• Master architecture governance as a change agent
• Relevant experience in strategic or planning positions, best including positions in corporate or business planning and senior IT Architecture roles
• Experienced with running analytic reports, creating and maintaining (Governance) Dashboards, esp. for C-Level reporting KPs, OKRs, Data Quality Levels (preferably with Tableau)
