Job description
Aktives Gesundheitsmanagement Your Tasks Maintenance and support of the local IT infrastructure (workstation and laboratory computers, peripheral devices)
Installation, configuration, and updating of operating systems and domain-specific software (e.g., measurement, data analysis, and statistical software)
Technical support for academic staff and students (first-level support, troubleshooting, documentation)
Participation in the implementation, optimization, and documentation of workflows for data acquisition, processing, and analysis
Optimization, maintenance, and administration of the chair's website
Support in the implementation of IT security measures (e.g., updates and patch management)
Involvement in the procurement, installation, and commissioning of new IT hardware and software
Acting as an interface between the chair, the central university IT services, and external service providers
Requirements
Do you have experience in Statistical software?, Degree program in IT or a related field
Ideally, experience in hardware setup, software installation, and network administration
Very good German and English language skills
Strong organizational skills, ability to work in a team, and a high level of initiative
