Job description
- Support the mechanical design and development of robotic systems and automated equipment.
- Create and modify 3D CAD models, assemblies, and technical drawings.
- Assist in the selection of mechanical components (actuators, bearings, gearboxes, linear guides, etc.).
- Participate in prototype assembly, testing, and validation activities.
- Collaborate with electrical and software teams to ensure proper system integration.
- Assist in robot programming tasks (basic motion programming, path optimization, and parameter adjustments).
- Support commissioning and troubleshooting of robotic systems at workshop or customer site.
- Contribute to documentation: BOMs, technical reports, risk assessments, and user manuals.
- Analyze mechanical performance issues and propose improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and internal quality procedures.

Requirements
Do you have experience in SolidWorks?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical design principles and machine elements.
- Academic or internship experience in robotics, automation, or industrial machinery.
- Familiarity with at least one 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor, CATIA or similar).
- Basic understanding of industrial robotics concepts (kinematics, payload, reach, cycle time).
- Exposure to robot programming (e.g., ABB, KUKA, Fanuc, Universal Robots, or similar) is a plus.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and mechanical tolerances.
- Basic knowledge of pneumatic systems and simple electrical interfaces is desirable., * Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Basic programming mindset (structured logic, sequences, troubleshooting).
- Good teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in robotics and automation technologies.
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Hands-on attitude and interest in workshop/field work.
