Job description
- Install and maintain IT and network equipment (routers, switches, access points, firewalls, servers, etc.)
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, hardware, and software issues
- Provide onsite technical support and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Document installations and troubleshooting steps
- Coordinate with remote technical teams when required
Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT / Network Technician or Field Engineer
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, MikroTik, Ubiquiti, Fortinet, HP, or similar vendors
- Experience in hardware installation, cabling, and onsite troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently and travel to client locations
