SAP SuccessFactors Integration Consultant, Barcelona (On-site) - EU Public Institution

We are seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Integration Consultant with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in SAP CPI and SuccessFactors Integration Center to join our team in Barcelona. The consultant will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining integrations between SuccessFactors and both internal and external systems within a global, dynamic, and fast-paced environment., * Design, develop, test, and maintain integrations using SAP CPI and SuccessFactors Integration Center.

• Analyze business and technical requirements to propose scalable and efficient integration solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with integration best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues across SuccessFactors and connected systems.
• Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation for integrations and related processes.
• Support SIT (System Integration Testing) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) cycles, including defect resolution and technical guidance.
• Collaborate with HR IT teams, enterprise architecture, project delivery teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the SuccessFactors integration landscape.
• Ensure secure, reliable, and high-quality integrations aligned with global standards.

Do you have experience in XML?, The role requires strong analytical skills to interpret business and technical requirements, ensure data accuracy, troubleshoot integration issues, and apply best practices in integration architecture. The consultant will collaborate closely with HR IT, architecture, delivery teams, and external vendors to support end-to-end integration processes, including documentation, SIT/UAT cycles, and continuous improvement initiatives. Fluency in English and the ability to work independently are essential., * 3-4 years of hands-on experience with: SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and SuccessFactors Integration Center.

• Strong understanding of: Integration patterns (SOAP/REST APIs, OData, XML/JSON), File-based integrations (SFTP) and Authentication methods and protocols.
• Solid knowledge of SuccessFactors data models and core modules.
• Experience troubleshooting integration errors, performance issues, and data-related problems.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Ability to work independently in a global and fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central or other SF modules.
• Knowledge of integration architecture and middleware best practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• SAP certifications related to SuccessFactors or SAP Integration tools.
