Job description
The SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Developer will play a key role in application onboarding and vulnerability management across SailPoint and Oracle environments. This position is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting the complete application onboarding lifecycle within SailPoint IIQ, including connector configuration, workflow customization, rule development, and certification setup.
The role also leads critical vulnerability remediation and patch management activities, ensuring compliance with strict SLA-driven delivery standards. This includes identifying vulnerabilities, driving patches and upgrades, coordinating with internal teams, business stakeholders, and multiple external vendors, and ensuring issues are tracked and resolved end-to-end. The position additionally supports audits and compliance reviews related to identity governance, provides operational and production support, and maintains clear documentation, runbooks, and technical onboarding standards.
Tasks:
- Design, develop, and support the full application onboarding lifecycle in SailPoint IIQ.
- Configure connectors and develop custom and out-of-the-box integrations.
- Customize workflows, implement rules, and set up certification processes.
- Lead vulnerability remediation activities across SailPoint and Oracle environments.
- Drive patching and upgrade initiatives to maintain platform security and stability.
- Coordinate remediation and onboarding activities with internal teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Ensure compliance with SLA-based delivery requirements.
- Track issues end-to-end and ensure timely resolution.
- Provide production incident troubleshooting and ongoing operational support.
- Support audits, compliance reviews, and identity governance processes.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, runbooks, and onboarding standards.
Requirements
Do you have experience in XML?, * 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
- Strong expertise in application onboarding using both custom and out-of-the-box connectors.
- Experience with connector configuration, workflow customization, rule development, and certification setup in IIQ.
- Technical proficiency in: Java, Beanshell, XML and REST integrations.
- Proven background in vulnerability remediation and patch management.
- Working knowledge of Oracle platforms (IAM components, databases, or middleware).
- Experience collaborating with managed service providers and cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of operational governance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
