Job description
- Ensure the productivity and resilience of our infrastructure, including monitoring and observability of our services
- Work on standardizing processes and building automation for data pipeline onboarding, deployment, scheduling, failure recovery, and other aspects of operating our platform
- Work closely with the SRE team to ensure developer productivity and CI/CD adoption within the Data Platform team
- Craft and operate the services, infrastructure, and tools that make up our platform to enable the execution of batch and streaming pipelines running on Kubernetes and GCP
- Work hands-on on topics as part of a closely knit team
- Solution architect and deliver company-wide technical topics with a forward-looking vision that aligns technology and business with our multi-year roadmap
Requirements
Do you have experience in CI/CD?, * You have gained 5+ years of experience in backend development
- You have experience in development, administration, operation, and troubleshooting of sophisticated, large-scale systems running on Kubernetes
- You are experienced with Go and you are a strong practitioner of system design, architecture, and development best practices
- You break down challenges into modular, scalable solutions and can bridge the gap between technology and business
- You have a strong analytical mindset and a genuine curiosity to experiment and test changes. You challenge yourself and others, never settling for assumptions
- A fun attitude: you engage, inspire, and motivate the people you work with. We like to have fun while working on this important strategic domain for the whole group
