SAP Data MDG Delivery Lead

• You will work in a European team of senior SAP experts with a focus on thought leadership, origination, sales, and delivery of large SAP transformation programs across industries.

• Work on a Global DATA AI delivery initiative., * Lead or support business development and commercial activities related to SAP MDG opportunities (proposals, PoVs, client workshops, orals).
• Define and drive MDG strategy and roadmap in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders, aligning with overall data & digital strategies.
• Lead MDG solution architecture and design for Finance, Customer, Vendor, Material/Product and other domains, leveraging best practices and industry templates.
• Assess current master data landscape, data quality, governance processes and tools; identify gaps and recommend improvements and target operating models.
• Be the Delivery Lead and trusted advisor for MDG within S/4HANA transformation programs and brownfield/greenfield implementations.
• Oversee and guide implementation teams (on-/offshore) across design, build, test, cutover and hypercare, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to standards.
• Define and implement data governance frameworks, policies, roles and responsibilities, including Data Owners, Data Stewards and governance boards.
• Keep abreast of SAP innovations in MDG, S/4HANA, BTP and related data management solutions and translate them into client value.
• Contribute to internal assets, methodologies, accelerators and thought leadership in the MDG and Data Governance space.

Do you have experience in UI?, We are seeking a results-driven SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) Senior Manager with strong experience in master data strategy, MDG solution design and delivery, and data governance operating models to join our IPT Data Services Excellence tower. To ensure success in this role, you should have extensive knowledge of SAP MDG architecture, core S/4HANA processes, data quality and data governance frameworks, as well as system integration between SAP MDG, S/4HANA and surrounding applications. You bring the ability to understand client-specific requirements and transform them into sustainable, value-based MDG solutions as well as RFP answers and Proposals. An accomplished MDG Senior Manager will be someone whose expertise results in robust, scalable, and business-aligned master data governance across complex SAP landscapes., * Several years of hands-on SAP MDG experience (preferably certified), with participation in multiple full-cycle MDG implementations, including at least one in a lead role.

• Strong knowledge of MDG data models, UI/FPM/Fiori, BRF+, workflows, data quality and consolidation/mass processing capabilities.
• Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA processes in at least one major area (Finance, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain, Manufacturing) and how master data supports them.
• Experience designing and implementing data governance frameworks, operating models, RACI, KPIs, and governance bodies.
• Proven experience in integration of MDG with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, CRM, SRM, and/or non-SAP applications, as well as ETL / MDM / data quality tools.
• Familiarity with SAP BTP, data and analytics platforms, and how MDG fits into broader data management and analytics architectures is a strong plus.
• Demonstrable experience in leading teams and managing delivery (onshore/offshore), including budget, scope, risk and stakeholder management.
• Strong consulting skills: requirements gathering, business process design, solution workshops, and executive-level communication.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured, outcome-oriented mindset.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, able to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of other European languages is an asset
