Your challenges

KPMG Technology in the Netherlands leverages SAP solutions to drive digital transformation and optimize business processes for sustainable growth.

The role of a manager can vary depending on the industry (focus on FMCG, Retail, Energy & Utilities and Discreet Manufacturing) and the specific needs of the organization. In general, our managers must combine good knowledge of the business needs and goals of the organization, with the functional and technical understanding of the technologies they are working with.

A couple of things to give more perspective on the challenges we bring to you:

• Overall, a manager plays a critical role in helping organizations leverage their technology to achieve their business goals and objectives in the Procurement domain
• Working with external and internal stakeholders to ensure that the solution meets their needs and is aligned with the organization's goals
• Analyzing business requirements/use cases and identifying required technology solutions/configurations that will meet those requirements
• Developing detailed plans and strategies for implementing SAP Procurement solutions
• Advise on technical integration of the SAP application with other client and 3rd party tools/applications
• Advise on Procurement/ enterprise data modelling including data migration and data integrity as part of the deployment engagement
• Identifying potential risks and issues and developing plans to mitigate them
• Lead the growth of our SAP Procurement capabilities through sharing knowledge, developing thought leadership and supporting the career aspirations of team members
• Building long lasting relations with your clients

• Completed Bachelor/Master's degree studies

• 6+ years of SAP Procurement consulting experience with deep understanding and functional knowledge in the solutions area S/4HANA (MM) and Ariba

• Proven record of consulting experience for large scale SAP transformation programs (requirements analysis, design, build and deployment experience)

• A proactive communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in English language and Dutch oriented and/or willing to learn fast

The main responsibility of a manager is to lead the Procurement track of large scale S/4HANA transformations.
