Job description
As a Solutions Developer, you will be hands-on in the design and build of applications, workflows and data-driven solutions, primarily using Microsoft Power Platform, while applying sound software and systems thinking rather than tool-specific approaches. You will work on a varied portfolio of projects, from rapid prototypes through to production solutions supporting complex operational environments.
This role reports into the Head of AI, Automation and Analytics and offers the opportunity to grow technical depth, broaden system design experience, and develop confidence working end to end from problem definition through to delivery and support. You will be encouraged to contribute ideas, challenge assumptions, and continuously improve how solutions are designed and delivered.
Requirements
Do you have experience in System design?, * Significant experience in designing or building digital solutions such as low-code apps, automated workflows, or reporting solutions
- Practical experience with the Microsoft Power Platform or similar low-code or automation technologies
- An understanding of how data, processes and systems work together to support business outcomes
- Ability to work with stakeholders to understand problems and translate them into workable solutions
- A learning mindset, with the ability to pick up new tools, patterns and approaches over time
- Experience working in regulated, enterprise or delivery-focused environments is beneficial but not essential.
