Applications Manager

Synapri are on the hunt for a proactive and passionate Applications Manager to take long-term ownership of key business applications (Microsoft stack) within a well-established education company in London!

This is a key role in the Application Management Team, responsible for ensuring applications operate securely and within defined performance standards throughout their lifecycle - specifically from implementation through to retirement.

You will act as the SME and owner for different systems, driving stability, continuous improvement and long-term value within the business. This role covers E2E management across ownership/performance, problem management, operational standards, roadmap planning and as well as someone who can roll their sleeves up across technical expertise and stakeholder management.

Do you have experience in Root cause analysis?, * Experience managing or supporting business-critical applications

• Strong knowledge of incident and problem management processes and how to appropriately escalate if needed
• Experience performing root cause analysis
• Ability to analyse performance data and produce KPI-driven reporting
• Confidence communicating technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• A continuous improvement mindset
