Job description
- The role will report to the NBAC Oracle Applications Service Delivery Manager
- Act as a liaison between Finance and IT, ensuring solutions meet business objectives and technical standards.
Requirements
Do you have experience in SQL?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * A Minimum 5 years of implementation experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) including at least one full-cycle implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM Modules such as Planning, Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Account Reconciliation, and/or Enterprise Data Management (EDMCS), and a strong understanding of financial and management reporting processes.
- Familiarity with configuration management and versioning procedures and tools.
- Basic SQL and SQL*Plus knowledge.
- Excellent understanding of the Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM Platform.
- A Minimum of 3 project references proving Hands-on functional expertise in setting up Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM Planning including workflows and workforce management and additionally experience with at least one of the below Oracle EPM modules:
- Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS)
- Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS)
- Enterprise Data Management Cloud (EDMCS)
- A minimum of 5 years business analyst experience demonstrating experience with review and optimization of financial processes (e.g., FP&A, close & consolidation, intercompany eliminations, allocations, reconciliations).
- Proven Knowledge of Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio, and Data Management/FDMEE.
- Configuration of metadata, business rules, forms, dashboards, and reports in Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM.
- A minimum of 2 project references proving experience with integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM and source systems (ERP, HCM, etc.).
- Familiarity with security models, access provisioning, and audit compliance in Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM.
- Experience with the monthly release process of Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM.
- Able to work under pressure, on own initiative and without constant supervision, to strict and tight deadlines.
- A good team player and a good communicator.
- Experience of working in a team that delivers a highly available service.
- Experience with writing detailed functional design documents based on new or changed business requirements.
- Experience with the review of business procedures and functional setup.
- Experience with making recommendations for changes, improvements etc. based on best business practices.
- Experience with preparing, running and documenting unit tests, system tests and user acceptance tests.
Desirable Skills, Experience and Certifications
- Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM certifications.
- Exposure to scripting (Groovy, Calc Manager, EPM Automate).
- Knowledge of backup strategies for Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM.
- Background in consulting or large-scale transformation programs.
- Experience with public sector entities and/or international organisations.
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
Language Proficiency
- English proficiency level: SLP 3333 according to STANAG 6001., * Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance

The program
Assistance and Advisory Service (AAS)
The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCI Agency) is NATO's principal C3 capability deliverer and CIS service provider. It provides, maintains and defends the NATO enterprise-wide information technology infrastructure to enable Allies to consult together under Article IV, and, when required, stand together in the face of attack under Article V.
To provide these critical services, in the modern evolving dynamic environment the NCI Agency needs to build and maintain high performance-engaged workforce. The NCI Agency workforce strategically consists of three major categorise's: NATO International Civilians (NIC)'s, Military (Mil), and Interim Workforce Consultants (IWC)'s. The IWCs are a critical part of the overall NCI Agency workforce and make up approximately 15 percent of the total workforce.
