Job description
You will join our international team and play a key interface role between the Purchasing, Finance, IT teams and external partners, in the design, development, and deployment of solutions within complex environments., * Gather and analyze business needs from Purchasing and Finance teams, focusing on validation and payment workflows
- Translate complex requirements into clear and detailed functional specifications for IT teams and software vendors
- Ensure compliance and reliability of SAP solutions on financial flows
- Coordinate between Purchasing, Finance, IT, and external partners
- Support the integration of media planning tools into SAP financial processes
- Assist users in adopting new processes and tools
- Design and conduct user training sessions, including during international travel
- Facilitate the transition to new platforms by identifying and addressing bottlenecks
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners

Requirements
- 4+ years as a Business Analyst in an international setting.
- Operational mastery of SAP, especially in Purchasing or Finance.
- Experience in user training and adoption of large-scale IT solutions., * At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in an international context
- Operational mastery of SAP, especially in Purchasing and/or Finance modules
- Ideally, functional mastery of the Procure-to-Pay process (PO, GR, IV)
- Understanding of SAP FI principles and accounting impacts of business transactions
- Experience in writing detailed functional specifications
- Experience in user support, training, and solution adoption within large IT projects
- Experience within international groups, with understanding of multi-country challenges
- Knowledge or experience integrating media planning tools with financial systems is a plus
- Fluent English. French is a plus.
- Availability for occasional international travel
