Tasks

• Ensure 24/7 operation of critical data center systems.
• Maintain HVAC, electrical, and facility systems effectively.
• Quickly troubleshoot issues and monitor systems proactively., Around-the-clock operation: Ensuring smooth 7×24 data center operation of all critical systems

• Maintenance & servicing: You take care of the maintenance of electrical as well as HVAC systems and general building technology systems

• Troubleshooting & fault resolution: Quick action in case of malfunctions, precise inspections, and effective fault correction

• Monitoring & alarm escalation: Monitoring systems using the latest building management systems and initiating immediate measures

• Teamwork & external contractor supervision: You accompany and supervise external service providers and are an integral part of our shift team Your profile:

• Technical education: Swiss-recognized professional qualification in a relevant technical field (HVAC, electrical, building technology, automation) - alternatively also as a building technician

• Experience & know-how: Professional experience in the technical field as well as ideally knowledge in control and regulation technology. Experience in plant maintenance is an advantage

• Shift readiness: You are willing to work in a 24/7 3-shift operation and appreciate the flexibility that these working hours offer

• Technical training in HVAC, electrical, or building technology required.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ticketing systems., Language skills: Fluent German in spoken and written form; basic knowledge of English is desirable

• IT affinity: Good MS Office skills and enjoyment in working with technical tools; experience with ticketing systems is a plus What we offer you
