Job description

In this role, you start your day aligning with HR leadership and key stakeholders to advance the organization's AI strategy. You translate strategic priorities into concrete AI initiatives, identify high-value use cases across the HR value chain, and shape solution blueprints that combine business impact with responsible AI principles.

Throughout the day, you act as a trusted advisor to HR, bringing deep expertise in AI and Generative AI to guide decision-making, challenge assumptions, and turn emerging technologies into practical, scalable solutions. You design agentic concepts and end-to-end AI solution approaches - defining how AI agents, knowledge systems, and process automation can transform HR services and employee experience.

You collaborate closely with HR, IT, Data, and governance teams to ensure solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture, compliance requirements, and long-term capability building. Rather than focusing on hands-on coding, you orchestrate initiatives, evaluate tools and partners, define guardrails, and ensure that pilots evolve into sustainable, production-ready services.

As the day progresses, you refine AI roadmaps, structure pilot programs, measure value realization, and drive adoption across the HR community. By the end of the day, you have advanced not just individual AI use cases, but the overall AI maturity of the HR organization - building capabilities, shaping standards, and actively steering HR's journey toward an agent-enabled future. How You'll Make an Impact

  • Lead the design of HR's agentic AI landscape by defining solution blueprints, governance guardrails, and scalable adoption roadmaps.
  • Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases across the HR value chain, translating business needs into structured AI initiatives and implementation plans.
  • Design end-to-end agentic solution concepts, defining how AI agents, knowledge systems, and automation integrate into existing HR platforms.
  • Advise senior HR leadership on strategic AI opportunities, technology choices, and long-term capability building.
  • Orchestrate AI pilots from ideation to scaled adoption, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, data governance, and compliance standards.
  • Establish standards and best practices for responsible AI usage within HR, balancing innovation with risk management.
  • Drive AI capability development across the HR community through enablement, knowledge sharing, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Enterprise architecture?, * Deep expertise in AI and Generative AI concepts, including agentic architectures and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), with the ability to translate technical depth into business impact.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and integration principles to design scalable, enterprise-ready AI solutions.
  • Experience shaping AI strategies and leading cross-functional initiatives from pilot phase to sustainable adoption.
  • Knowledge of responsible AI, governance, data privacy, and regulatory considerations in enterprise environments.
  • Strategic mindset combined with execution strength, able to structure complex challenges into actionable roadmaps.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to align HR, IT, and leadership stakeholders.
